Earlier in his career, Roper was the Innovation Manager at RangeWater Real Estate, where he led the integration of new technologies and operational strategies, helping position the firm as an industry leader. His background also includes political experience: he worked on Senator Marsha Blackburn’s campaign and supported media relations at The Heritage Foundation, where he contributed to press outreach and content strategy.

Roper holds a bachelor’s degree in politics, with focused studies in national institutions and policy, conflict and peace, and political action.
